  1. Remakes the entire CI workflow script to be morely efficient,
  2. Ensures the Gradle Wrapper is properly validated,
  3. Adds the G1GC JVM argument to avoid possible compile lags,
  4. Updates Gradle to 7.5.1.

Why not the latest Gradle version?
https://gradle.org/releases/

But there is now labymod 4, so the repo is probably dead and obsolete

I have chosen gradle 7.5.1 as this repo doesn't accept the new one atm.
